Warranty
This warranty does not account for any parts that are not manufactured
by BayWatch Services, LLC. Items purchased from suppliers may carry a
separate warranty. The BayWatch warranty does not account for any normal
wear or tear on parts, which may also have a separate warranty depending
on the product.
This warranty does not account for any labor, travel and freight charges,
which may be required to repair and / or replace any defective part. The
warranty does not extend to cover any damages or claims in which the products
have been altered, processed, improperly handled or installed.
Any warranties or representations, which a distributor may provide to
its customers, which vary or are an addition to the BayWatch Services,
LLC warranties, shall be the sole responsibility of the distributor. BayWatch
Services, LLC shall not be bound in any matter whatsoever.
At
BayWatch Services we promise to replace any part of our carwash doors if
found imperfect within a period of 5 years from purchase date and with our
operating system 1 year from purchase date.
